Nomex® Aramid Paper Sheets & Tubes - DuPont Nomex is a high-temperature resistant insulation product with an excellent balance of physical and electrical properties. Nomex is made entirely from synthetic aramid polymer in two forms: short fibers (floc) and microscopic fibrous binder particles (fibrids). Nomex has been widely adopted as electrical insulation for liquid and dry transformers, motors, and generators. Nomex Type 410 is a calendered insulation paper which offers high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience. Type 410 is the original form of Nomex paper, and is widely used in a majority of electrical equipment applications. Available in 11 thicknesses (2 to 30 mils, or .05 to .76 mm), Type 410 is used in almost every known electrical sheet insulation application. Nomex 410, will maintain 300 V/mil (12 kV/mm) dielectric strength for several hours ar 400 C (750 F). Nomex Type 411 (uncalendered) is available in thicknesses from 0.13mm to 0.58mm. Durapol® CDM ESD 68910N is a composite material based on glass mat reinforcement in combination with dissipative, high temperature and high corrosion resistant resin system. CDM ESD 68910N is a new generation material taking into account the necessity of thin walls machining. Electrostatic discharge damage electronic components and circuits every day. To use CDM will allow charges to move slowly out of the circuit and will ensure the quality of your production. CDM ESD product have guaranteed dissipative characteristics. The CDM range of products exhibits higher mechanical and resistance properties as standard composite materials. The random glass mat substrate present in the CDM ESD 68910N minimizes delamination problems during machining or pallet use. The relative low thermal conductivity in the CDM materials allows quick pallet turnaround eliminating most of the time both the necessity to provide a cooling station and the process heat sink effect experienced in the metallic pallets. CDM materials can substitute metallic solder frames with great advantages. Flux resistance is depending on composition and pH level. CDM has been developed to have a better withstand towards chemicals. To preserve the stability of CDM material, a regular cleaning can still be made. Fish Paper (aka Fishpaper - Vulcanized Fibre) is a strong paperboard insulation used primarily for its excellent electrical insulating properties. Fish paper is a vulcanized fiber and is very flexible. Used frequently for electrical insulation, fishpaper is commonly die cut and machined. Fishpaper is extremly durable and is available both in sheet stock and custom parts. Vulcanized Fibre is made between .0078" and .375" thick. It is made in several colors, and several grades. The most common grade is Standard Electrical Grade which is commonly referred to as Fishpaper. Standard Electrical Grade Vulcanized Fibre (aka Fish Paper - Fishpaper): is made only in thinner gauges, typically from .0078" to .062" thick. It has very good electrical insulating properties, and is more flexible with good forming capabilities for applications such as slot wedge insulation. Fish Paper (aka Fishpaper - Vulcanized Fibre) is a strong paperboard insulation used primarily for its excellent electrical insulating properties. Fish paper is a vulcanized fiber and is very flexible. Used frequently for electrical insulation, fishpaper is commonly die cut and machined. Fishpaper is extremly durable and is available both in sheet stock and custom parts. Vulcanized Fibre is made between .0078" and .375" thick. It is made in several colors, and several grades. The most common grade is Standard Electrical Grade which is commonly referred to as Fishpaper. Standard Electrical Grade Vulcanized Fibre (aka Fish Paper - Fishpaper): is made only in thinner gauges, typically from .0078" to .062" thick. It has very good electrical insulating properties, and is more flexible with good forming capabilities for applications such as slot wedge insulation. Standard Color is Grey Vulcanized Fibre (Fishpaper) is sold under various tradenames including; Peerless, Vulcanex, Forbon, and Armite. - - -

CDM ESD 68910N is a new generation material taking into account the necessity of thin walls machining. Electrostatic discharge damage electronic components and circuits every day. To use CDM will allow charges to move slowly out of the circuit and will ensure the quality of your production. CDM ESD product have guaranteed dissipative characteristics. The CDM range of products exhibits higher mechanical and resistance properties as standard composite materials. The random glass mat substrate present in the CDM ESD 68910N minimizes delamination problems during machining or pallet use. The relative low thermal conductivity in the CDM materials allows quick pallet turnaround eliminating most of the time both the necessity to provide a cooling station and the process heat sink effect experienced in the metallic pallets. CDM materials can substitute metallic solder frames with great advantages. Flux resistance is depending on composition and pH level. Fish Paper (aka Fishpaper - Vulcanized Fibre) is a strong paperboard insulation used primarily for its excellent electrical insulating properties. Fish paper is a vulcanized fiber and is very flexible. Used frequently for electrical insulation, fishpaper is commonly die cut and machined. Fishpaper is extremly durable and is available both in sheet stock and custom parts. Vulcanized Fibre is made between .0078" and .375" thick. It is made in several colors, and several grades. The most common grade is Standard Electrical Grade which is commonly referred to as Fishpaper. Standard Electrical Grade Vulcanized Fibre (aka Fish Paper - Fishpaper): is made only in thinner gauges, typically from .0078" to .062" thick. It has very good electrical insulating properties, and is more flexible with good forming capabilities for applications such as slot wedge insulation.
